On December 10th, 2006, Todd was consecrated at St. Laurent’s
Cathedral as Assistant Bishop of Antananarivo and Area Bishop of
Tulear. (This largest province of Madagascar covers approximately
1,000 miles of coast line in the south and southwest portions of the
fourth largest island in the world.)
The McGregors
It was an overflowing cathedral with over 1,350 people gathering for
this grand occasion. The Archbishop of the Indian Ocean and five
other bishops from the Province of the Indian Ocean, along with

Bishop Frade from the Diocese of Southeast Florida, who gave an
impelling charge, American and Mauritius Ambassadors, and other
dignitaries.were joined by the Prime Minister, the President of the
Parliament, American and Mauritius Ambassadors, and other
dignitaries.

Todd, Patsy, Corbi, and Charese, have been People Reaching People
since 1991. Patsy, author of
A Guest in God’s World (a personal
memoir of their work in Madagascar), is manager of St. Julian's
Centre. This retreat and conference centre offers a beautiful and
serene environment for refreshment, renewal, retreat and
recruitment.

Todd is Director of Mission and Evangelism in Northern Kenya and is
an adjunct instructor of Church Growth, Evangelism, and Leadership
at St. Paul’s United Theological College in Limuru, Kenya. Together
they lead Kenya and international short-term mission teams to five
nomadic unreached people groups.
Patsy ordained priest on September 3rd, 2006
Archbishop Benjamin Nzimbi ordained Patsy along with others on
September 3rd at All Saints Cathedral, Nairobi. Patsy’ parents
Audrey and Gerry Cox, along with her sister Betsy attended this
special occasion.
